Work Injury Care
We evaluate work-related injuries and develop an individualized care plan based on the worker’s condition, job responsibilities, and recovery needs. Care may include diagnostic testing, specialist referrals, appropriate work restrictions, and follow-up throughout recovery. Our goal is to provide clear medical guidance and support a safe, appropriate return to work.
Independent Medical Evaluations
We provide objective, evidence-based medical evaluations designed to address the specific questions involved in a workers’ compensation claim. Each evaluation may include a review of relevant medical records, a focused medical history and examination, and an assessment of diagnosis, causation, treatment, and functional limitations. Our findings are presented in a clear, well-supported medical report.
Impairment Ratings & Return-to-Work Planning
We provide impairment evaluations when a worker has reached maximum medical improvement and a permanent impairment rating is requested. We also assess functional limitations in relation to the worker’s job responsibilities. Our recommendations may include appropriate work restrictions, modified-duty guidance, and a safe, practical progression toward returning to work.
